- Swing seats
- Swing hangers and other moving parts
- Color Fading
- 1 Year Warranty on those items not listed above.
Stated warranties do not cover the following: scratches, dents, misuse, vandalism, normal wear and tear, standard weathering or acts of nature, unauthorized repair, alterations, or incorrect maintenance.
The warranties above are limited to replacement or repair of defective items and do not include labor for disassembly or installation; Performance Design shall not be responsible for any consequential damages associated with a breach of this Limited Warranty. We reserve the right to request photos or physical evidence of warranty claims prior to replacement or fulfillment.
Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns

Return Policy
Performance Design is confident that you will enjoy the products you purchase from myLifePlay.com. However, if you are not completely happy with a product, you have 30 days from receipt to return it in new condition. If the item purchased is oversized, you will need the assistance of our Customer Service department to arrange pickup. Please call them at 1-800-258-3865.
Unless Performance Design determines the product is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your product, and will be charged a 15% item re-stocking fee. Additionally, the cost of shipping the product to you originally will not be refunded.
Products to be returned must be new, unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Speedy Refunds
Performance Design will process your refund promptly—within 30 days at the most—upon receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used to purchase your product. Your refund will be the “total unit price” for the item listed on your packing slip—minus a 15% item re-stocking charge. Your refund will include any appropriate sales taxes paid. Your refund will exclude shipping and handling charges (unless there was a shipping error) and any other service charges.
How It Works
The instructions below are designed to speed the return of your product. Carefully follow each of the steps below, so Performance Design may provide you with a satisfactory return experience.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing and accepting delivery. If there is ANY DAMAGE to the container or boxes, or if boxes listed on the bill of lading are missing, you MUST note it on the bill of lading with the driver before you accept the products and the driver leaves.
Please open and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You will have 24 hours from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment will be denied. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-258-3865, for assistance with your claim.
- Call our Customer Service at 1-800-258-3865, for assistance. You will be issued a "Return Authorization" (RMA) number for the item you wish to return. Make note of the return authorization number for your future reference.
- Place the item securely in the original package, if possible. If using another box, please pack securely to prevent damage to returned item.
- Include all paperwork, instructions, parts, and accessories.
- Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package.
- Keep a copy of the packing slip/return request for your reference.
- Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original home shipping address on the package.
- If return shipping by Mail — Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
- If return shipping by FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Please do not send your return C.O.D. — we cannot accept it.
